The tissues and cell types can be ordered by organ, cell type or alphabetically. If ordered by organ, the tissues are presented in groups according to functional features. If ordered by cell type, the cells are presented in groups related to origin.
This score describes the level of antibody staining observed in the annotated cell types as not detected (n), low (l), medium (m) or high (h). It is based on the staining intensity and fraction of stained cells. The images and annotations can be accessed by clicking on the tissue name or score bar. Lung macrophages, large intestinal glands, placental trophoblasts, fraction of cells in seminiferus ducts and subset of cells in adrenal gland showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Skeletal myocytes were weakly stained. Membranous staining was observed in uterine glands and epididymis. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in enteroendocrine cells, a subset of cells in pancreatic islets, seminal vesicle and glandular cells in small intestine. Respiratory epithelia, glandular cells in large intestine, renal tubules, adrenal gland, hematopoietic cells and non-germinal center cells in tonsil showed weak to moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
