High amount of neuronal cell bodies with moderate-intensity somatic cytoplasmic immunostaining is noticed in the lateral septum, caudate-putamen, locus coeruleus and some cerebellar nuclei (interposed, medial and lateral nuclei).
Sparsed neuronal cell bodies with moderate-intensity somatic cytoplasmic immunostaining is noticed throughout the neocortex.
Strong immunostaining of dense axonal networks is noticed in the anterior hypothalamus, olfactory tubercule, nucleus accumbens (core and shell), medial amygdala, BNST, thalamic and hypothalamic paraventricular nuclei, ventromedial and dorsomedial and arcuate nuclei of the tuberal hypothalamus, periaqueductal gray matter and the nucleus tractus solitarii. In addition, sparse axonal staining is noticed throughout the brain.
Weak to strong diffuse/synaptic-type immunostaining is noticed throughout the brain with the highest intensities in the hippocampus and amygdala nuclei.

Manually selected location of the protein positivity, observed by immunofluorescence staining in mouse brain.
